Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the crust. Then, season the salmon with salt and black pepper with the exception of the top where you'll put the crust at.
Now, take the dijon mustard and spread it across the top of the salmon. This is what will help the crust stick.
Add the pecan crust to the tops of the salmon then place on a sheet pan.
Now, place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is brown and salmon is cooked through.
Allow to cool a bit for the crust to harden and become crispy and the salmon to cool, enjoy.
