Start by bringing a pot of water to boil then cook the potatoes until fork tender, about 15-20 minutes. Turn the oven on broil.
Next, place the boiled potatoes on a sheet pan then lightly using the bottom of a plate or glass press down on the potatoes until they smash a little bit.
Now, brush the potatoes with butter then sprinkle the seasoning mix across the tops of them. Then, add on the shredded parmesan cheese.
Place in the under the broiler for about 10 minutes. This will melt and brown the cheese and make the skins crispy as well.
Lastly, when the cheese has melted and browned a little remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving, enjoy!
