Keto chocolate cookies are a great way to curb your low carb, sugar free cravings. Loaded with chocolate chips and a bursting chocolate flavor these keto cookies are only 2g net carbs each. Enjoy these instead when craving sweets and you'll be amazed this dessert recipe is keto in the first place!
1.5servingsLily's milk chocolate baking chips(semi-sweet, dark, caramel and white chocolate are options as well)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and melt butter to set aside to cool
Mix almond flour, dutch cocoa powder, sweetener, salt and baking powder
Mix cooled melted butter, egg and vanilla extract
Combine dry and wet ingredients then fold in chocolate chips. Allow to rest at least 15 minutes before scooping.
Using cookie scoop, scoop each cookie and place onto baking sheet about an inch apart to allow room for spreading. Then flatten
Bake in oven for 15 minutes checking the cookies for doneness because you won't see them browning of course. Allow cookies to rest. They will get harder the cooler they are. If you want to soften it up, just give it a pop in the microwave. When hot they are fragile.
