Against a fudgy peanut butter cookie, this no bake low carb peanut butter fudge is a better choice. It took no time, tossing this keto friendly snack in the refrigerator. Being new to no bake desserts, I see where the hype is. The smooth, creamy texture with the saltiness from the butter became a consequence of my relaxation. Peanut butter is a go to in the household for a quick nutty crunch. This low carb peanut butter fudge has converted me into the no bake dessert territory!

  • 1/4 tsp Liquid stevia (I used this)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 TB Coconut flour
