In a small sauce pan on low heat add almond milk and heavy cream
Whisk then add in cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, liquid monk fruit and coffee
Turn heat up to medium and whisk or use a hand mixer until everything is combined
Once combine remove from heat. Never let it boil so watch you heat. If it starts smoking too much lower heat quickly.
After removed from heat pour in mug and serve. You can even top it with some sugar free whipped cream for a extra creamy touch
