This easy keto egg roll in a bowl recipe is great for an healthy dinner option that has super easy clean after. Made in only one pan and in under 30 minutes with the option of ground pork or beef. Having a simple Asian style meal that's low carb, gluten free and delicious pleases everyone!
In a hot pan add in a little oil for cooking and ground pork. Season pork with salt, white pepper, minced garlic, white bottoms of green onions and optional ginger. Cook until done.
Leave pork in the pan then add in cole slaw mix. Just the veggie mix if you got a kit with dressing.
Stir in a cook down a little. Now, add in five spice, rice vinegar and coconut aminos. Continue cooking until veggies have withered and cooked all the way remove from heat. Drizzle on seasme oil. Mix through then serve
Garnish with creamy sriracha sauce, green onion stalks and seasme seeds.

Helpful Recipe Tips
Grated ginger, I like to include fresh ginger in the recipe and I highly recommend it. You'll add this while the ground pork is cooking. I wouldn't grate anything over one tablespoon. If you'd like to add in granulated ginger use 1/2 teaspoon.
Add in sesame oil at the end. Typically the oil is added at the end. I personally cook with animal fat over anything but any oil is fine for cooking. Garnishing with the sesame oil is recommended.
For the green onion, chop up the white area to cook with then garnish with the green stalks after cooking.
