Overnight keto chia pudding is so popular for breakfast or a quick dessert. It's one of the easiest keto recipes you could make with so many options as adding chocolate, sweet berries, nuts or even granola.

Ingredients
 

Vanilla Version

  • 1 cup macadamia milk
  • 4 tablespoon powdered sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Version

  • 1 cup macadamia milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • pour 8 ounces of nut milk
  • add 2 TB of chia seeds and mix
  • cover and place in refrigerator about a hour. Then come back and mix. Cover again.
  • Leave in for 4 hours or overnight. Mix again when you remove it as well. Enjoy
