First, season the salmon with salt and black pepper. Then, mix the ingredients for the hot honey glaze and set to the side.
In a frying pan on medium high heat, cook the salmon by searing both sides until fully cooked. Then, take the salmon out of the pan and lower the heat to medium.
Add in the glaze and when you notice it starting to thicken add the salmon back in. Turn off the heat and baste the salmon in the glaze as it thickens up.
After about one minute or so plate the salmon and cover with the glaze. Enjoy.
