First, make the sauce, mince the garlic and season the salmon with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan on medium high heat, cook the salmon until it's about 1-2 minutes from being fully cooked. At that point lower the heat to medium and allow the pan to cool a bit during that time.
Next, add in the butter and let it melt then pout in the honey and sriracha mix. Swirl the sauce in the pan while allowing the garlic to cook and baste the salmon in the sauce while it is thickening.
Once the sauce has thickened and the garlic has cooked at least 1-2 minutes you can remove the pan from the heat.
Plate the salmon and cover in the sauce. During the cooling process the major happens when the honey cools and makes the sauce sticky. Enjoy!
