First, you’ll need to make the rice according to the package instructions. See below for instructions to cook the rice in the casserole.
Preheat oven to 375℉
Brown the ground beef in a frying pan.
In a bowl, add in the cream of mushroom and sour cream.
Next, combine the cooked rice, ground beef, onion, and the sauce then place in the baking dish. Taste for salt and pepper before moving to the next step.
Smooth everything out then place cheese on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow the casserole to cool then serve.
