Ingredients

  • 2 avocado
  • 2 lime
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 medium white onion, diced
  • 1 serrano pepper, diced
  • 1 roma tomato

Instructions

  • In the mortar, add 2 TB of onion, 1 TB chopped cilantro and the diced serrano pepper with 1/4 tsp salt and a little lime juice. Grind all of these ingredients up into a paste-like mix. If you don't have a mortar add all these ingredients into a blender but squeeze the entire lime in and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl add in ripe avocados. Remove the skin and pit first. Now roughly smash the avocados leaving some chunks in. Now add in the contents from the mortar or your blender.
  • Fold that in. Then, add in the remaining onion, cilantro and squeeze the limes then zest them into the guacamole. Chop up your Roma tomato and ass that in as well.
  • Lastly, add salt to taste then serve.
