First, you'll need shredded chicken. You can boil then shred your own or buy a rotisserie chicken and chop it up. But, you'll want to chop the chicken finely.
Next, in a small bowl mix together the dressing you'll use for the Greek yogurt chicken salad.
Slice the apple then dice up the pieces. A trick for oxidation is to allow the apple to sit in lemon water for about 15 minutes after dicing them.
Finely cop the fresh dill as well.
In a salad bowl, combine the chicken, apples, dill and walnuts. Then, pour the dressing over and mix everything completely evenly.
Lastly, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the Greek yogurt chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least a few hours or serve the next day to give the ingredients time to come together.
