Crockpot ranch chicken is a super easy slow cooker recipe that combines a creamy ranch sauce with tender, juicy chicken breast with only 3 ingredients.
First, in a small bowl mix together the cream of chicken and the ranch seasoning mix. There is no need to add salt and pepper.
Now, spread a little bit across the bottom of the crockpot. Remove the chicken from the package and pat dry if needed.
Next, add the chicken into the crockpot then add the remaining amount of the cream of chicken mix on the tops and side. No need to add broth or water. Once the chicken starts to cook the juices will release.
Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
The chicken is done and all you need to do is shred it or serve it whole. Shredding really gets the ranch sauce in every bite and is my preferred method of serving.
