Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound country-style ribs, sliced

Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Char-siu

  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • First, you'll want to slice up the country-style ribs and marinate them for a few hours or overnight.
  • When ready to cook preheat the oven to 300℉.
  • Now, place the marinated ribs in a baking dish then cover and bake for 2 hours.
  • After the time is up, remove the cover then drain the juices from the baking dish. Then, cover the ribs in the sauce and place bake in the oven and turn it up to 350F.
  • Keep a close eye on the ribs and cook for 30 minutes. Once done allow the ribs to rest a little then serve with your favorite side dish.
