Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 10 oz can of cream of chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 ounce frozen mixed veggies, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8-12 count canned biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • Shred and chop up cooked chicken first. Now, in a bowl, gradually whisk in the milk into the cans of cream of chicken. Fold in the mixed veggies, chopped chicken, and the cheese next. Add a little pepper and adjust for salt later to taste.
  • In the baking dish add the creamy chicken mix and spread it out evenly. Then, top with canned biscuits.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the biscuits have risen and are golden brown. Remove the chicken biscuit casserole and allow to cool before serving.
