Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Shred and chop up cooked chicken first. Now, in a bowl, gradually whisk in the milk into the cans of cream of chicken. Fold in the mixed veggies, chopped chicken, and the cheese next. Add a little pepper and adjust for salt later to taste.
In the baking dish add the creamy chicken mix and spread it out evenly. Then, top with canned biscuits.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the biscuits have risen and are golden brown. Remove the chicken biscuit casserole and allow to cool before serving.
