Ingredients
 

  • 4 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1.5 cup bisquick
  • 1.5 cup frozen diced hash brown with peppers, thawed
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • salt & pepper to taste (you may not need salt at all)

Instructions
 

  • To start, cook and brown the breakfast sausage in a pan. Then, preheat the oven to 375F.
  • In a bowl combine the eggs, sour cream and milk. Then, whisk in the Bisquick with the wet ingredients. When those are combined, fold in the potatoes, peppers, sausage and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour everything into a baking dish then place in the oven uncovered for 25 minutes. The cooking time may need to be adjusted according to your oven.
  • When finished, allow to cool then you can slice it up and serve in squares.
