Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pounds rib tips
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • barbecue sauce as needed

Spice rub

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 275℉.
  • Next, mix everything together for the spice rub. Then, remove the rib tips from the package and cover with the Worcestershire sauce. Next, sprinkle the spice rub over the ribs coating them heavy. Note, if using a different seasoning adjust how heavy you coat the rib tips because you will need to adjust for salt levels.
  • Place in a baking dish then cover. Bake for 2 hours covered.
  • Now, after the 2 hours carefully drain the baking dish with the juices. Then, cover the rib tips in barbecue sauce and place on broil for 20 minutes.
  • Lastly, allow them to cool a bit then serve.
