Preheat the oven to 400℉.
In the bowl with the mashed bananas, mix in both sugars. Then add in the butter, vanilla extract and then the eggs. In another bowl, toss in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Fold in the rolled oats and then add the batter to the muffin liners in the pan. The batter will almost fill each muffin cup to the proper height.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until finished baking, Times will vary from oven to oven.
Remove from oven then allow to cool fully before serving, enjoy!
