Next in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together minus the oats, chocolate chips and walnut until smooth.
Now, fold in the walnut, oats and chocolate chips.
Add the batter into a lined baking pan and smooth the top once all the batter is placed in the pan.
Now, place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Start checking around 20 minutes because ovens will vary. A toothpick or knife inserted in the center should come out clean once they are done.
When they are done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely before serving.
