First, set up breading stations. Season the flour with the spices listed and set up a plate for the flour, breading and a bowl with the egg wash.

Then, with the heat on medium high and the oil around a temperature of 300F fry the avocados. Turn them over after about 45 seconds because they do not need to cook long. You want them golden brown.
After you have fried all the avocados you can build the tacos and serve them.
