Notes
Greek Yogurt Or Sour Cream Dressing
In this recipe I used both. I wanted to test them both that way you'll have the best flavor. For the keto diet, stick with the sour cream as yogurt contains a few carbs if you're worried. The whole milk greek yogurt I used gave a better flavor than the sour cream in my opinion. The creaminess was the same but the yogurt gave the dressing a extra boost in flavor the sour cream version lacked. Yet, I worked it out and you can swap either or 1:1.
Dried Or Fresh Herbs
I personally used dried herbs in this recipe. Dry herbs help with overall speed in making the recipe easier for beginner cooks. Now, would I be against fresh herbs? Of course not! If you have the time I say add them in fresh and experiment with it. I recommend using around the same amount since fresh herbs have an earthier flavor that stands out over dry.
