Asian Turkey Meatballs

Delicious Asian turkey meatballs that super easy to make. Simply mix, bake and toss them in this tasty sauce then serve.

Ingredients
 

Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • First, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl. Then, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Then, remove the meatballs from the fridge. Form them then place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • While the meatballs are baking make the Asian sauce.
  • Now, once the meatballs are finished toss them straight into the sauce. Then, allow the meatballs to cool a bit before serving. As the meatballs cool they will also heat up the sauce.
