An almond flour biscuit recipe can be the same as any biscuits when living a healthy lifestyle. They are naturally paleo, gluten free, keto and low carb all in one recipe. In a few ingredient you can have the best biscuit recipe ever!
4tablespoonsalted butter(sub for coconut oil for dairy free)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and melt butter or coocnut oil
Mix all dry ingredients together
Grab cooled melted butter/oil then mix in both eggs
Combine dry and wet ingredients
Using a spoon, drop 8 biscuits onto a baking sheet then place in oven for 15 minutes
Allow to cool a bit then serve

Helpful Recipe Tips
These are drop biscuits. You don't have to shape and form them such as my other biscuits.
Adjust salt levels if needed. These are naturally a bit salty like my buttermilk biscuits recipe. But, if you don't want the extra salt make sure to use unsalted butter instead of the salted butter. You can even sub for coconut oil to make the biscuit recipe dairy-free.
Can you substitute coconut flour for almond flour? No! Please stick to the recipe. Never switch coconut flour for almond flour because they bake completely differently. Here is a video explaining why. Although, there is a small amount in the recipe it's for texture purpose. Even if you add a little bit it can make the biscuits dense and hard, so follow instructions.
