First, preheat the air fryer to 375℉.
While heating, poke some holes in the sweet potato, 2 or 3 is fine.
No need to cover with oil and salt unless you plan to eat the skin.
Place the sweet potato in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
Flip the sweet potato and add another 20-25 minutes or until the sweet potato is soft when you pierce or squeeze it gently.
The size of the sweet potato will make a difference in your total time. But you will want to rotate the potato every 20 minutes minimum due to the heating element being at the top.
