First, cut the steak into large chunks. About one-inch cubes, they will shrink down but they’ll cook better this way.
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
In a bowl, toss in the seasoning mix with a little oil then coat all the steak tips.
Add the steak to the air fryer then cook for 6-8 minutes. Check at 6 minutes for preferred doneness. If you cut the steak into bigger chunks this amount of time the steak will be medium to medium-well.
Do not flip the steak. Not flipping them allows one side to face the direct heat to cause a little bit of a flavorful sear that we love with steak.
After they are cooked, allow them to rest about 3-5 minutes then enjoy.
