To start, cut the squash in half the long way then scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Rub oil across the flesh of squash. Then, sprinkle the seasonings across the top. Do not go too heavy because you want to taste after it's done for the adjustments. This will vary due to the different sizes of squash.
Preheat the air fryer to 350℉.
Place the squash flesh side-up in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes. Do not flip, the squash is done when you can take a fork and the spaghetti strings separate from the squash.
Lastly, allow to cool then adjust salt to taste.
