First, preheat the air fryer. While the air fryer is heating wash and dry the Yukon potatoes. Then, toss them in oil (about 1 TB).
Now, place the oil potatoes into the air fryer and cook them 15-20 minutes or until you can easily pierce them with a fork. You may need to add more time depending on your air fryer.
Once they are soft, carefully smash them with the back of a plate or the bottom of a cup. Make sure the service is flat and do not press too hard. You want them to have a little thickness to them.
Next, spray them or brush them with oil and add the seasoning mix to both sides. Now, place them back into the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Lastly, allow them to cool a bit and serve alone or with a great dip.
