After thawing the scallops, gently press them between two sheet of paper towel to help remove excess water. Please be careful, you do not want to squish the scallops. Just a little pressure.
Now, in a bowl toss the scallops in oil then add in the seasonings and herbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Place the scallops in the preheated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Flip halfway through.
When finished allow them to cool a bit before serving, enjoy.
