Ingredients
 

  • 8 ounce skinless pork belly

Rub

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • To start, chop the pork belly into 2 inch squares, they will shrink down when cooking. Now, create the rub then toss them in the seasonings.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
  • Once preheated, toss the pork bellies in for 15 minutes. Flip and rotate them at the halfway point.
  • Quick tip, around the 12-13 minute point, keep and eye on them. Depending on how thick the air fryer pork belly or how you cut them they may finish early.
  • When they are finished, allow them to cool because the rendered fat will be extremely hot.
