To start, chop the pork belly into 2 inch squares, they will shrink down when cooking. Now, create the rub then toss them in the seasonings.
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Once preheated, toss the pork bellies in for 15 minutes. Flip and rotate them at the halfway point.
Quick tip, around the 12-13 minute point, keep and eye on them. Depending on how thick the air fryer pork belly or how you cut them they may finish early.
When they are finished, allow them to cool because the rendered fat will be extremely hot.
