Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
Slice the steak into big bites. The larger chunks will cook better. Season with salt, pepper, oil and flour. Toss everything together.
Place the steak bites in the preheated air fryer and do not crowd them. Leave at least an inch of space between each. You should be able to fit one serving in the air fryer at a time.
Cook for 8 minutes and do not turn them. They will be medium-well to well done when finished.
While they are cooking, melt the butter in a small pan on the stove and sauté the garlic on medium until browning. Once browning turn off the heat and set the pan to the side.
Now, when the steak bites are finished, add them to a bowl then pour the cooked garlic and butter on top. Toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
Lastly, serve the bites after tossing in the sauce and enjoy.
