First, cook brown beef. Use a seaosning packet and follow direction or follow my homemade recipe I linked below
You can buy shredded lettuce in a bag to make it easier or buy a fresh head of romaine and chop it up yourself. Fresh is best of course.
Drain sliced olives, slice tomotoes, avocado
In a salad bowl add lettuce, olives, cheese, tomatoes, avocado and give a toss
Next add ground beef, salsa and sour cream and give it a good mix, serve
Nutrition info is based around one person eating at least 4 ounces of ground beef, not 4oz of salad. For ease, split salad into 4 servings
