Keto Alfredo Sauce

This keto alfredo sauce is egg, milk, and gluten free. Flavored with parmesan and romano cheeses. You get all the flavor and no drawbacks with this keto friendly meal!

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minched Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsly
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (1/4 tsp if using coarse)
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum (optional for thickness)

Instructions
 

  • in a small pot or saute pan turn on medium heat
