1/2 cup Unsalted Butter 1 tablespoon Minched Garlic 1 tablespoon chopped parsly 1 cup Heavy cream 1/2 cup parmesan 1/2 cup pecorino romano 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (1/4 tsp if using coarse) 2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum (optional for thickness)
