Meat Lover's Scramble Keto Egg Bake (Low Carb Friendly)
This meat lovers scramble keto egg bake is a copycat from a discontinued Denny's favorite. Bacon, sausage and eggs all perfect keto breakfast options.
- 8 large Eggs
- 7-10 strips bacon
- 2-3 links beef sausage
- 4 oz cubed ham
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon course ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 300ºF
It is optional but saute your onions, sausage and ham. Also fully cook your bacon and sausage if sausage was pre cooked out of the package
Butter or spray oil in casserole dish to help with the egg sticking then spread out onion, bacon, sausage and ham, throughout the bottom
Beat all 8 eggs and add in salt, pepper and cheese then pour over ingredients inside casserole dish
You are welcome to top with more cheese but you don't have to
Bake for 20-30 minutes and should be closer to 30 rather than 20 when reaching desired doneness. Edges will brown a little but the entire top shouldn't brown
I used a 9x9 casserole dish and buttered the dish before adding ingredients.
You have the option to add heavy cream or a dairy-free milk to egg to give it more of a lighter flavor. Not to mention to soften the egg up a bit.
