Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F
  • Pat excess water off of chicken thighs
  • In a bowl drizzle the oilve oil over thighs
  • Add seasonings over chicken then using your hand rub season over chicken evenly
  • Place in air fryer for about 25 minutes flipping the chicken at 12-13 minutes

Helpful Recipe Tips

  • Dry chicken thighs before cooking. This helps with the crispiness that the oil can help make.
  • This recipe works for bone in and chicken thighs with the skin on as well. With the skin, makes the chicken even more crispier!
  • No air fryer? Place them in the oven on a rack. Works the same and you won't need to flip them.
