Helpful Recipe Tips
Watch your heat! You want the drink to get hot in order for the ingredients to work together but not so hot you curdle the cream. A nice smoke is good but avoid an all out bubbling of your mixture.
Cold brew coffee, coffee concentrate or freshly brewed doesn't matter that much. For concentrated coffee be mindful due to the caffeine but the other two stick to normal measurements. Adding more coffee will dull the sweetness if you make that adjustment.
Adjust sweetness to your liking. If you follow my directions this keto pumpkin spice latte will be as sweet as it is coming out of the coffee shops or Starbucks. Use the bare minimum for a light sweetness or the full measurement for maximum.
