Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoon dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 5 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoon chcocolate monk fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and soften cream cheese
  • Mix all dry ingredients i.e coconut flour, dutch process cocoa, granulated sweetener, salt and baking powder
  • Mix cream cheese and eggs together. Start with one egg then mix one at a time making sure the other is combine well first. Add in monk fruit at the end
  • Combine dry and wet then fold in chocolate chips
  • Spoon in molds or pan then bake for 25-30 minutes. You can just spoon no need to spread batter out, it'll do it on its own
  • Remove from oven then allow to cool
