The Best Keto Chicken Salad

Behold a sugar free keto chicken salad that's keto friendly and low carb! Chicken breast is always super tasty but when paired with mayo and dill relish it's truly out of this world. I like mine as a main dish with or without a side. I have seen people use them in lettuce wraps, topped on crackers, or even into a sandwich. All of those are low carb or have keto friendly options and substitutes. Let's make this simple and easy recipe together that's only 4g net carbs per serving!

Notes

Helpful Recipe Tips

  • I have also used chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. The chicken thighs have a bit more fat than the breast. This is one difference between dark meat and white meat chicken.
  • I personal use an avocado oil based mayo. Chosen Foods and Primal Kitchen are the two that I stand by.
  • If you ask is mayo keto friendly? Yes it is, to my knowledge mayo doesn't normally have sugar in it but to be safe always read your ingredient list. The two I mentioned above do not.
