  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil mayo
  • 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon buttermilk or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning


  • Combine mayo, sour cream and buttermilk or heavy cream
  • After stirring add in ranch then give it a mix again
  • Serve now or for better flavor chill in the refridgerator for am hour or overnight


Helpful Recipe Tips

  • Is buttermilk ranch keto? Well the amount of buttermilk used here is very small. Yet, if you don't want to purchase buttermilk if this is all you will use it for that's fine. Heavy cream will be a better option and more versatile.
  • Let the dressing sit in the refrigerator. The longer it sits the more the flavors will marinate together making the keto ranch dressing even better.
