Easy Keto Cheesecake Recipe

This easy keto cheesecake is so simple! Also low in calories for those wanting a healthy snack during sugar cravings. The crust is super easy to make with easy to read instructions on baking. This cheesecake is great anytime of the year. Customize with a salted caramel or chocolate swirl the options are endless!

Gra-POW Granola Crust

  • 6 ounces Gra-POW Granola (Save 10% off)
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter


  • 10 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
  • 1 large egg


Granola crust

  • Blend granola in food proccesor. While blending pour in melted butter
  • Scoop the granola out and place in a 9 in spring form pan and press granola evenly across the bottom
  • Set aside and make filling


  • Preheat oven to 250ºF
  • Combine room temperature cream cheese with sour cream
  • Add in powdered sweetener and liquid stevia or monk fruit then mix
  • Lastly, add in egg and mix until smooth
  • Pour over granola crust and bake in oven for 1 hour then leave it in for one hour


Variations For A Cheesecake Recipe

  • Try out different flavors of the granola crust. Attempt Rosie's apple pie for a great fall cheesecake. Also, lemon berry shortbread for spring. Lastly, flavors like peanut butter cup or snickerdoodle anytime!
