Blend granola in food proccesor. While blending pour in melted butter
Scoop the granola out and place in a 9 in spring form pan and press granola evenly across the bottom
Set aside and make filling
Preheat oven to 250ºF
Combine room temperature cream cheese with sour cream
Add in powdered sweetener and liquid stevia or monk fruit then mix
Lastly, add in egg and mix until smooth
Pour over granola crust and bake in oven for 1 hour then leave it in for one hour
