Certainly a classic! Sauced with american cheese as a base. Topped with provolone, chicken strips, slivered onions, and hot sauce. An amazing pizza paired with their pan crust! Oh my god the carbs!
Occasionally taking a trip down memory lane where I ate horrible. College was fun, but I do remember the effects of the marijuana. Munchies anyone? During a kick back one day before going out to a party we decided to order some pizzas. I said it didn’t matter being a pizza lover so they were free to order whatever they wanted. What a grand gesture that was on my part at the time.
As the pizza arrived there were your classic pepperoni, and cheese. But, I flipped the top on one to find this aroma of cheese and melted chicken with onion lingering beneath it. What is this? I asked myself, because I chose just to grab a slice before it was gone. For years until I went keto I have eaten that pizza every since.
Then cheat meals? Forget about it! You better believe I got one each go around. The only pizza that could compete afterward was a fresh New York slice from Tony’s on Utica Ave. Then again Little Caesar’s deep dish stuffed crust.

Keto Fathead Dough Calzone
Provided that I’m not sure where it comes from I don’t know much about it. I first saw fathead pizza on Instagram. Then I created one and ate the whole thing in the same day. How progressive was that?
This particular recipe was adapted from a dessert version from Simply so healthy. There were a few tweaks, but most dough’s will have similar measurements.
Now, the add in’s will be up to you. I say go buffalo chicken style as I did. But toss in slivered onions and not diced for a full effect. And go heavy on the cheese as much as you can. In the fill ins, not the dough itself.
I will list the macros for the dough only. Being that each will vary in the weight of the chicken it’s impossible to get accurate numbers. All the carbs are in the dough anyways unless you add pizza sauce.
